Not to question your judgement, but are you really sure it is oil? My old "H the Harrier" will spit a little black carbon/moisture if I don't work it hard and just putz around with it.

I'd take 'er out and make sure it gets good and warmed up and make 'er pull a little. Maybe there is nothing at all wrong with it.
