CNH can probably fix you up, here's some info from Phillips-Temro, a block heater brand a local auto supply can probably order.

504 gas or diesel, engine mfd. 1964 or later. Part #3100054, 600 Watt 120 Volt 1-5/8" diameter, Install in place of right center block plug. Point element DOWN.

Costs $18.86 at my local auto parts store.
