Brian, There are 6 bolts holding the plate, 2 holding the support rods and then just pull that big swivel pin out of the steering knuckle instead of taking it loose at the steering mast. It works better if you have someone to help you. Take everything loose and leave those long support rods for last. Make sure your tractor is blocked up good and firm, then with each of you on either side of the tractor, use these long rods as "handles" to ease 'er down and roll it out from under the tractor coming forward. Same way going back together, hook the support rods up first. It looks like a nightmare; but really it isn't a bad job at all. Just somewhat foreboding. Betcha you can have ‘er outta there in 20 minutes :>) Allan
