1966 farmall 140 water leak

I was pulling gravel in my driveway on day and all of a sudden smoke and water was pouring out of the bottom of the engine by where the bellhousing meets the engine, is this maybe soft plugs and how hard is it to repair.
next question where can u buy jacks so i can re-due this tractor this winter.and what is the jacks called. and where can i buy used ones?
