The offset is called Cultivision. Cultivision set the driver off to the side of the engine and hood so you could see what you were doing, and where your implements were going. IHC/IH put the Cultivision on the tractors: A, B, BN, Super A, and Cubs. I have a B, BN and a Super A, so I think I know. Hope I helped.
