water in oil IH 674

Hello, Recently I acquired a IH 674 diesel that had not been run for quite awhile. I got it running but unfortunatly found that it is getting water in the oil. Upon checking the anti freeze I found that it basically had plain water in it for who knows how long. I figure now that the block or head or both are cracked. Anyone had any experience with these. Is the head more likely to crack than the block or vice versa. Is there any easy cure. The tractor runs well and the volume of water getting into the crankcase is not a lot,just enough to color the oil a whiteish color.Are these tractors wet sleeves or dry? Luckily I don't have much money in the tractor but it would be a handy size to have around. Thanks for any thoughts. YC
