Is there a way to have the spring installed wrong?
I pulled the carb and took it apart.
I cleaned out the pasages for the power valve. It seems to operate ok. The rubber on it was fine.

Pulled the seat out and cleaned it up. Cleaned the needle up.

Its leaking past the gasket of the 2 halfs of the carb.
The guy that was selling the truck said he put a carb kit in there he must have messed some thing up.
Wish I could find my old Chilton book.
