What kind of pressure do you have?

I had a machine shop leave out a plug on a block one time. The engine would have oil pressure above an idle, but would drop to almost zero when at low speed.

I can't think of any "bypass" in an oil circut, other than at the filter dump. Does it look as though it could be a passage plug? Maybe it was a welsh plug that melted in the fire?
