The two posts about towing are the best ideas. Add a little Marvel Mystery Oil from WalMart into the spark plug holes, leave it a while, then turn it over with the plugs out until all the excess oil is blown out. The MMO will help loosen the rings.

After you get it running add some MMO to the gas and oil per the label.

Don't understand "flow back leaking from the carb". Please be a little more specific.

I suspect that your idle misture and power valves are still gummed up with old gasoline. Give them a good shot of pressurized can carb cleaner with the valve screws removed. A last resort is soaking the complete carb in Berryman's Carb Dip Cleaner, this stuff will clean anything.
