There is a felt Washer that need to be put on the shaft before you slide the shaft up thought the bolster that I have forgotten an it made a little differance. I have also put a wasing on top of the gear an below the Castle nut to take up a very little play. I have also found some H's with the washer already there as well. Once you put the boleter together I find that there is not much play since there is alot of weight resting on the frontend. However even after I have rebuilt the bolster completely you still have some shimmy in road gear at high speed (ie 15/17mph) LOL
