Hydraulic Arms On Super C Adjustable?

I was wondering if the hydraulic arms on a Super C were adjustable? By this I mean where they are at the top I was wondering if I could take that nut off pull the arms off and rotate them down about a quarter turn and put them back on again. I want to do this because I am making a snow blade and am going to be picking it up by arms that go from the back drawbar to the front where it will hook to the blade. If I could have the hydraulic arms a quarter turn lower that would give me more lift on the arms and therefore lift the blade higher. I don't want to take it apart for nothing if arms are not on a spline or something that would allow me to turn them down a quarter turn.
