Bill,
I was told that you could elevate the height of the hydraulic lift by moving the collar forward (toward the gas tank) on the horizontal arm. The collar should be at the back end of the horizontal arm and have a little set screw on it that you can use to move the collar up or down the horizontal arm. Hugh ,does that sound right?
