As far as value goes, the loader is going to make the difference. No matter who you buy it from, in all fairness, a non-running M is worth no more than $500. You can buy a running, driving M that doesn't look too bad for $1000 any day of the week. Throw in the fact that your's has been through a fire. What are you going to have in it by the time you get new tires on it and have it up and running? I would say give $100 for just the tractor, then make a seperate deal on the loader. Farmhand loaders are pretty heavy-duty, if it is in good shape, $100 would be ripping her off.
