transmission and differential

I really have gone through my manual on this, but cannot figure out how to change, or add, transmission fluid; or add oil to the differential on am M. I started with changing the motor oil and now have decided to put in fresh fluids etc. all the way around before winter sets in. thanks for any info. This should be a no -brainer, I just can't see where to do it.
