Thank God there is still common sense in Tractor restoration! You know I do this for the fun of it and to please myself and a few old timers that get a little misty remembering the way these old girls pounded their roids to distraction. It never fails to irk me when some one nitpicks my baby to pieces. Do what you and your pocket book can and enjoy yourself. Watch the big stuff Don't paint a McCormick purple. If it is pretty to you God Bless. I've never gotten a call from the Smithsonian but have made a bunch of people (including myself) very happy.
