I had the same problem with an H. Took it to a supposed carb expert and they drilled it out but I was not completely satisfied with the results. I got the new tube in and it works but I have doubts as to how well. Since then I've talked to those who have a lot more experience than I and they've said that they'd just make sure the inside of the tube was clean and leave it alone.
