IH Archives has the list, Series M96-253, Folder 34, if I remember right. Not poor communication between IH and the authors, since IH stopped owning the AED before most of the books started getting written. More of a case of looking at the wrong stuff. I'm not sure where the wrong numbers came from- could be a variety of things that happened.
