A 560 Farmall is plenty of tractor to run a 479 haybine or a square baler under any conditions. They pull pretty good as they are a fairly heavy and long. Something with the balance and weight distribution is right with them. I see them often win tractor pulls at the fairs. My 560 diesel was a tough starter, but if you don't use it much in the winter that shouldn't be a factor. $2500 is a fair price for a decent running 560.
