Nathan - Is your Super M on 6 or 12 volts? If it's still 6 volt, get rid of that "resistor thing" - it's what's preventing it from firing!

However if it's been converted to 12 volts momentarily bypass (jumper across) the resistor and see if it fires. (It won't hurt to run it a few minutes without the resistor). If it fires with the resistor bypassed, get a new resistor!
