super m not running

52 super M. heres the stroy in a nutshell. We pulled the starter and had it rebuild (tractor was running at this time). put the starter back on and now the tractor wont hit a lick! I put plugs,wires,cap,points,condensor,rotor button,and a resistor thing(?) on it. I HAVE NOT put a coil on yet, gonna try that in the next day or two (depends on my work schedual). Its getting fuel, and I believe the starter is spinng it fast enough. Any suggestions? Thanks,Nahtan
