Mornin' Steve, How's things goin' down in your country? Naw, don't think so; that's one of those tales started and purported by the young hot-rodders with their shinny new chrome exhaust pipes. Hotter and stronger spark? Yes, absolutely. More power? No, not one nickel's worth of difference from that standpoint. However, I’ll concede that the steady “occurrence” of spark is more reliable with the use of electronic ignition. Best of the day to ya, Allan
