Dave: Your tractor is the British version of the 444 model. That is the model sold here in Canada back when they were new. It's probably a tractor someone bought in Canada and imported to the US.

I know your going to say it doesn't look like the US built 444, and your right US version has swept back front axle. In fact I think very little more than the engine is the same.
