From what I understand the 354 was exactly like the 364 but a little older and had a gas engine, of course that is just what ive heard here on the forum. All of the pictures of the 444 which is older yet has flat topped fenders on them, this one has the rounded fenders and I think the headlights were in the grill but there again i'm not sure.
