Farmall 560 hydraulics weak

I just got this Farmall 560 tractor that I wanted to use to move dirt. It has a front loder with bucket. I don"t know much about tractors really, and absolutly nothing about this model. My problem is is the hydraulics for lifting the arm and tiling the bucket back are really slow with no load on them, as soon as you fill the bucket half full with dirt, it dosen"t have enough power to even lift it off the ground. I have no idea what to check. Also where to you add more hydraulic fluid at, I can"t seem to find the plug for adding fluid. Any help would be greatly apprecieted, as I need this tractor is good working condition for this fall.
