Cam bearings on w-4 or H

How do you check and replace the cam bearings on a W4 or H?

You guys have me nervus about my oil pressure, and the cam bearings are the only thing I didn't change. I had an old IH guy tell me the cam bearings didn't usally wear. Maybe I was told wrong? I'm going to check the pump first of course.
