966 cab

Hey guys I just found the website today and really enjoy reading all the questions and answers.My question is I just purchased a 966 with a hiniker cab on it.The heater works just fine but air conditioner wont work at all.Had the compressor checked and it was fine.I was just wanting to know if it is worth fixing or would I be better getting a whole new new cab of a different kind.This is the first tractor i have ever had with a cab so I dont know anything about the air conditioning systems.Thanks in advance for any help.
