Glenn, What a great story! I hope that my boys will take part in a tractor restoration with me as they get older, and be as excited about it as your student. I have a 6-year-old, a 4-year-old, and a third due the first of October! The two of them already help out in their own ways on my current projects -- usually by distributing my wrenches around the yard, but I'll take that anyday if it means they grow up enjoying tractoring. It's a real treat to have them out messing around with Dad. ;-) Also, you said you're an elementary school teacher. A big thanks to you -- what you folks do for our kids is really important. (And you don't get paid what you're worth!) - David
