Luc, It sounds like the clutch is stuck to the flywheel and/or the pressure plate. If you're pushing the pedal all the down and it's not disengaging, then the input shaft of the tranny is still turing at engine speed and with unsynchronized gears, shifting will grind teeth in a hurry. It could also be stuck in the spline area too. Look back either on this forum or the general tractor forum and we covered this with several posts. Search on "stuck clutch" or something similar.
