Farmall H with power steering

I'm normally on the Ford N's board but also have a Farmall H. My H has an after market power steering unit that a previous owner installed. To get it under the hood, they hammered a clearence into the hood. I'm restoring the tractor back to original (I hope).
While at a swap meet, I found a steering shaft to replace the one that has the power unit.
Has anyone else seen this application or have one installed on their H?
