Far out 560 question

Got a 560 diesel that needs completely gone through this winter. Engine, injectors, fuel pump, about $1600.00 in parts, and probably $1000.00 in labor. My question is this. How much would it take to adapt say a chevy 350 v-8 small block to the 560 driveline. Only use this tractor for a loader tractor. It maybe runs an hour a day feeding hay, and the 350"s are a dime a dozen down here in the Ozarks. Everything on the tractor is run off the rear end, i.e. hydraulics, power steering, etc. just need to fit some kind of bell housing to the IHC clutch assembly or something, get the motor setr where it belongs, and then make the motor mounts to fit. Anybody with any experience or suggestions? Thanks, Harley
