460 carb question

Took the carb off. Havent got it taken apart yet but... Noticed some side ti side play in the Throttle shaft and lever assembly. Ref 1 in the carb section of the parts manual. IH dealer printed this page for me. Could this cause a vacum problem if air is getting sucked through there? How much of a pain is it to replace the bushings in there?
