Front spindles are fairly easy to identify, old H thru 350 had coarse threads 3/4", M-450 had 7/8" coarse, 460-656 had 3/4" nf, 560-1586 had 7/8" nf. All with coarse threads had cast wheel and hub intregal, only exception was I (utility) 300-350. All with fine threads had 6 or 8 bolt rims & separate hubs. This applies to tricycle and wide fronts also for each to be factory and parts book correct.
