Allan has got it right. There is also a coupler that you will want to be sure doesn't fall into the trans. It connects the PTO to the input shaft from the motor. They can be tricky to get back in, but with a little patience you should get it. The PTO is heavy so you should have someone help you lift it out and in. Hope it helps
