What is value of 706 High Clear

I found a 706 High Clear but I don't know what this tractor is worth. The tractor starts and runs find,no smoke, power steering/brakes work fine (after I change the hydro filter),PTO works, tires and sheet metal are fair. Needs some TLC and a paint job. Can someone give me a price range? Thanks for your time. Glen
