That amounts to a hand clutch that stops motion of the tractor while the pto keeps running. I imagine if you put an ad in the classifieds, you could sell it easily. Someone reading this forum might want it. Wouldn't mind having it myself, but I already have enough other things going on. Only thing, I don't think parts are available for it anymore.

Tractor Traction - by Chris Pratt. Our first bout with traction problems came when cultivatin with our Massey-Harris Pony. Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
