Value of Farmall 656 gas?????

I am going to look at a Farmall 656 gas with wide front and fast hitch converted to 3 point. It is suppose to have 5000 original hours and is a one owner. What is a tractor like this worth in Wisconsin and what are the weak points of it? Would a tractor like this pull a NI 5209 disc bine (mower conditioner)?
