I think you will like it a lot better if you leave the belt pully off. If you just have to have one on it they are on ebay quite often. The blocks break a lot and if the repair looks bad you may be able to grind it down a little and use JB weld to smouth it out. The JB weld will do a good job and it will last. I have used it and then sanded it to look real nice. The carberators and the fuel pumps seem to be the biggest problems. The tractors seem to flood real easy and are tempramental about starting. I know some say they don't have problems starting them but I have not seen one in person that will start easy time after time. Mine will start some times easy but not every time. Other that that clean out the oil pan and the transmission, as the trans will get water in it from time, and you should be good to go. I have an F-12 and F-14 running and 2 other F-12s to fix or for parts. Good luck and enjoy.
