Kansas the 1206 should have 1600 PSI the book will say at rated load RPM but you should get it at much less say 1000 RPM if everything is good should have 12 Gal per min. Did you check the load valve I think you are the one I posted that for and for a leak in the back. The pump mount has a hex plug for testing pump. Email me I should be able to help.
