I don't think $1200 is out of line here for an H, I saw one sell at a farm auction last spring and it went for $3350, excellent condition but the wrong shade of paint. Hugh suggested Ontario Used Tractor Parts, just up the highway about twenty minutes from me, Steve likely has everything you need, battery boxes are in stock, lids for battery boxes, and likely he will have a good used rear tire.
