Farmall H Head Studs

I am rebuilding the engine on a Farmall H and completely disassembled the block so I could get it cleaned at the local NAPA shop. I took the studs out of the block. Now I see in the parts book and also looking at the studs that there are two lengths. 5 are 6 1/8" long and 11 are 5 15/16" long. Where do the 5 long studs go? Also, I know someone asked about the three washers on the studs several months ago, but at the time I wasn't working on the H. I searched the archives, but couldn't find it. Can anyone refresh me again as to where the three washers go on the head studs. Thanks, Roger
