If there is no flow of oil the pump may have seized or started to seize and sheared the pump gear key. Typically what happens in cold temperatures is that the moisture or water in the system freezes and blocks off flow. Don't run the tractor very long if there is no hyd. flow. Tractors that set outside most of the time naturally get water from condensation in the hyd. reservoir.
