Width of disk is just one factor in determining what you can pull. Just as important is diameter and pitch of disk blades, scalloped vs smooth disks, weight on disk and angle of cut. I do not doubt that H will pull 10 ft. under some conditions but where I live H is not going to pull 10 ft. with new scalloped disks with all angle in that is in plowed ground and cutting. They only pull 18 ft. with 150 HP tractors with duals.
