Sounds like you are inbetween a rock and a hard place if you have to sell one to fix the other. Sounds like it is a pretty sound M. In my neck of the woods, if sold at auction it would fetch atleast $800 + . How much more would depend on the day and who was at the auction. If I had one just like it to sell locally through classifids, I would exspect to get $1000, would want to get $1200, and would ask $1400. Just my 2 cents.
