You're crystal clear. If I can get these pins threaded and installed where I want them, they'll be just at 29" wide (if I'm remembering my measurements correctly.) I had looked at the cultivator mounts for my SA and discounted the idea, but now that you mention it that might be a lot easier than trying to cut new threads on those heavy pins... I think I remember seeing Cat. III to Cat. I conversion pins that had a diameter of 1-1/4" shank down to a 7/8" Cat. I pin... I'll have to go revisit that idea. Thanks for the info and for the idea!
