heres my problem,I know that all three slider gears are worn,I think the middle one is the worse, but am replacing all three. The hole for the pin on the shifter is worn as well, but I am having the hole built up and redrilled to match the pin in a spot that isnt wore and replacing the pin.The rails are worn on the fork bad so Im replacing those.I dont know for sure, butI suspect the end of the shifter is worn too since the slot for the rails are worn so I need to build it up to match the slot on the rails.
