jumps out of gear

hI ALL

I have an ih 454 that jumps out of gear quite often. You can be driving along and all of a sudden you stop moving, usually just dipping the clutch and letting it up agin will get you going but some times you have to shift the gear lever about, but it does not amways work. This tractos is fitted with a tourqe amplifier so dont know if its related and it does not work. The lever moves but nothinf happens.
