Sarge; Please don't chastise me too much, but I don't have the serial# or year memorized like most in this forum. I have & use a Farmall H/M/SM/806/and two 856's on 600 acres. The H/M & 806 have never been over hauled so I have not had to worry about keeping that information handy. I do know that the knob has a farmall number stamped in it and it is the only one left on my farmalls now that I think on it. The others have long been busted. Many wonder why I don't rebuild these farmalls but I just prefer to see them out there working vs. being kept under a sheet. Plus I don't have to worry about scratching my paint!
