F-14 newbie questions

Hello all;

A guy at work has an F-14 and asked me a couple of questions about it since i'm the company old iron buff. The tractor is far away from him, so he doesn't get out to see it that often and was wondering a couple of things about it. First off, is there a separate lever that engages the PTO shaft, or is it thrown in and out of gear with the belt pulley? I know that the belt pulley linkage should be obvious, but if there is a second lever for the PTO, where is it (pictures help).

Also, I have never owned a tractor that was magneto driven and hand cranked...my friend also asked what was the proper way of shutting down one of these tractors (besides the obvious turning off the fuel line)? Assume that the tractor does NOT have an electric start option on it. Any pictures you may have would be most helpful.
