It's been awhile since I worked on one, and I hope memory serves me correctly. That stud should be able to screw out of the radiator. You may try some penetrating fluid on it and let it soak. Also keep your patience and work the stud back and forth and eventually it should come out so you can replace it. Or if you know of a good radiator shop or garage you may take it to them and see if they can get it out for you. later days mate, Jim
