That was it - there's a dent in the choke lever side plate the ball fits in when in the choke off position. There is no dent in my TISKO rebuild kit's side plate. I guess I'll drill a little dent to duplicate it - unless what I see is just wear . . . What have people found in the IH rebuild kits? Dave
